True North Campus Ministry at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities has started an exciting new Bible Study program this semester called Christian U. This study is composed of three different courses, each lasting a month. Each course is set up so that the first Saturday of every month, Pastor Johnson introduces the material through a large
group Bible Study. At this study, participants receive a months worth of Bible study materials which they can work through individually or with other Christian friends. The introduction to the first course, “It’s All A Love Story,” was held on Saturday, February 7th.
The great part about Christian U is that you don’t have to be at the University of Minnesota to participate. All of the materials are available online! If you would also like to participate in this Bible Study, head on over to www.truenorthwels.org and click on the Christian U link. On that page you will be able to download mp3 files from Saturdays discussion and additional Bible Study materials for the entire month. Christian U is an opportunity for you to grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus. Take the time for the most important higher education you will ever get!
One of the goals of this blog is to share stuff from our campus ministry groups. What kind of stuff? Good stuff! Promotional materials, Bible study ideas, web sites, whatever. If it’s going on in WELS Campus Ministry it’s worth sharing.
